I have been in sales for over 30 years that began in the corporate technology sector, selling and servicing IT and engineering software solutions. During my corporate time, I held numerous leadership positions in sales and consulting services and have been instrumental in transforming numerous companies' IT systems. These transformations resulted in increased profitability for a number of Fortune 100 accounts including, but not limited, to General Motors, Boeing, Bank of America, IBM, and the Federal Reserve Bank.
I work with the Nicolaou Real Estate Team, a highly successful team of experienced real estate agents. As Partner, I help to leverage my years of corporate experience to help grow the team alongside our team leader, Nicolas Nicolaou.

When it's time to move, you need someone who will help you set the selling price of your home by valuing your home in the current market using data analysis and first-hand market knowledge. Once the price is set, our marketing strategy and budget will be put into action to market your home and show it to prospective buyers. Once offers are received, we will negotiate the purchase contract, arrange to finance, oversee the inspections, handle all necessary paperwork, and supervise the closing of escrow. There is a lot of work to be done, which is why you need a Trusted Advisor on your team.
Consult on Home Selling Tactics
Our team will work with you to develop the market strategy with the aim for you to achieve top dollar for your home. Just listing your home in the MLS is insufficient, you will need a specific strategy, which includes things like pricing, staging your home, and recommending needed repairs or improvements. Most of all, selling your home is a team effort, where both you, the seller, and me as your Realtor, work together to achieve your home selling goals.
